How do I return an item?

EMC Sports, Inc. understands sometimes your purchase isn't a perfect fit — so we're happy to offer returns within 30 days of purchase.

Sales receipt order or packing slip dated within 30 days of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Please keep in mind these factors when returning your item to EMC Sports, Inc.:

  • Returns and exchanges should be new and in the original packaging. Please include all accessories that came with your item.
  • Returns with the original sales receipt or packing slip receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
  • Refunds will be less any special or coupon discounts.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Due to the nature of these items, they are not eligible to be returned:
    • Cheer Briefs

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned. Briefs and closeouts are not eligible for a return or exchange. Personalized, customized and/or autographed items also cannot be returned. Baseball bats cannot be returned after the original packaging has been opened or the factory seal is broken.

Please note EMC Sports, Inc. may limit or decline some returns and exchanges.


Here are the steps to return items:
  1. You have 30 days to initiate the return process from the time of your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges beyond 30 days.
  2. You will need a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before being eligible for a return by mail. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (866) 577-8400 to receive an RMA number.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts and accessories.
  4. Before mailing your return, please remove or cover all extra labels on the outside of the package.
  5. Send your package to the following address, unless otherwise instructed:

  6. Helpful Information You Should Know:
    • All return charges must be prepaid. We can’t accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    • Please keep the Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
    • You can expect a refund in the same form of the original payment within one billing cycle (30 days) once we receive your return.
    • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
    • Call our Customer Service Department at (866) 577-8400 for information on returning damaged or defective items.
